All orders are usually processed within TWO (2) business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand or item goes out of stock, order processing may take up to 3-5 business days in order to replenish stock to meet the demand.

We currently ship to:

International shipping may be offered in the future.
If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

9. Shipping of Candle Products
Beeswax candles are natural products and may soften in high temperatures during transport.
We take reasonable care in packaging our products to protect them during shipment.
Minor cosmetic changes due to temperature exposure during transit do not affect the functionality of the candles.
