1. Returns
We work hard towards achieving your full satisfaction of your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product integrity considerations, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used candles or burned wicks
- Products damaged/crack/broken/melt/deformed due to mishandling, drop or improper storage
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged item and packaging
After review, we may offer a replacement or exchange where appropriate.
4. Exchanges
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your exchange. No refund of cash is allowed.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) for an exchange.
7. Natural Characteristics of Beeswax
Our candles are made from natural beeswax, and there are slight variations in:
- Color (yellow hue)
- Texture
- Aroma.
These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the authentic nature of beeswax products which varies according to the batches of pure beeswax at source.
